Welcome to Jewelry CRM! This guide will help you get started with managing your jewelry business effectively.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your business performance including:

Managing Customers

The Customers module helps you maintain detailed records of all your customers.

Adding a New Customer

  1. Navigate to the Customers page
  2. Click the "Add Customer" button
  3. Fill in the customer details
  4. Save the customer profile

Customer Profile

Each customer profile contains:

  • Contact information (phone, email, address)
  • Purchase history
  • Communication logs
  • Preferences and notes

Lead Pipeline

Track and manage your sales leads through various stages of the sales process.

Pipeline Stages

  • New: Fresh leads that need initial contact
  • Contacted: Leads you've reached out to
  • Qualified: Leads showing genuine interest
  • Negotiation: Active discussions about purchase
  • Won/Lost: Final outcome of the lead

Moving Leads

Drag and drop leads between stages or use the status dropdown in the lead profile to update their status.

Reports & Analytics

Access detailed analytics and reports to understand your business performance.

  • Sales Report: Track revenue over time

  • Lead Report: Conversion rates and pipeline health

Exporting Data
